The limited warranties on the Xerxes Web site are product-specific and are effective as of the date at the bottom of
each limited warranty. These limited warranties apply only to Xerxes tanks shipped on or after the stated effective date.

Water Tanks
Wastewater Tanks
Chemical / Leachate Tanks
The Xerxes Underground Chemical Tanks Limited Warranty requires that a customer completes and submits a Xerxes
Underground Chemical Tank Application for Approval and that Xerxes grants written approval of that application.
The approved application must be attached to the Underground Chemical Tanks Limited Warranty as Exhibit A.
