Wet Wells Lift Stations

Wet Well
Xerxes' extensive experience designing and manufacturing horizontally buried fiberglass (FRP) storage vessels is well known. Now, Xerxes has applied that expertise to the development of a product line of FRP wet wells and vertically buried basins for use in a wide range of applications. These applications include lift stations and the adjoining valve boxes that are routinely found in municipal wastewater systems, as well as vertically buried basins that are incorporated into fluid-handling equipment systems in industrial and commercial facilities.

While smaller diameter wet wells, including 42 inch through 60 inch, are part of our product offering, Xerxes' capabilities in the larger diameter sizes, including 6, 8, 10 and 12-foot or greater, provides customers with quality alternatives to concrete in a size range where limited fiberglass options have been available.

Xerxes' manufacturing capabilities, backed by decades of fiberglass structural product engineering and design, bring an unparalleled level of expertise to the FRP wet well market. As with all our products, we provide strong technical support to assist wet well designers, installers and owners in developing designs that meet both functional requirements and a project location's specific conditions. In addition, Xerxes' skilled team of craftsmen in our four manufacturing facilities can factory-fabricate and assemble most of the components of a complete lift station, which significantly reduces the field hours otherwise necessary for assembly. The resulting clear advantages to customers - saving field-installation time, avoiding weather or labor delays, and receiving a high-quality finished product - are simply not available with large-diameter, precast concrete lift stations.

Features and benefits of Xerxes' wet wells and lift stations include:
  • Structurally strong product backed by decades of design and manufacturing experience with large FRP buried vessels
  • High-quality materials of construction, including premium isophthalic resin
  • Experienced technical support for both product design and installation
